TTA Databases

CAST’s TTA program has created databases to support our training and technical assistance efforts. Below please find a list of currently available databases:

  • AAO T Visa Opinion Table – This table is a collated list of AAO opinions for T visas and related forms of relief (i.e., T AOS or T derivative denials) based on the reason for the AAO’s denial. This is an informal resource to easily navigate the recent opinions and is not meant to be a substitute for individual research.
  • CAST TTA Advisories and Guides - This table is a list of the advisories created under CAST's Comprehensive Training and Technical Assistance project.  
  • Trauma-Informed Lawyering Resources - This table is a curated - but not exhaustive - list of resources meant to support legal service providers who are working to be more trauma-informed in their practice. This collection, while currently small, will grow as our team addresses more topics in this area.
