Empowerment is often used to describe social services programs & services for survivors. But what could empowerment look like in legal service provision? 

One of the best examples in the legal field on client-centered practice is in how legal service providers, or LSPs, are strictly guided by what the survivor, or client, wants. However, what is the process in which survivors decide on a legal remedy? How do LSPs guide and support this important stage in client representation?
