Social Security Number Denials and Delays

T visa holders are experiencing denials and significant delays in obtaining their Social Security number due to system errors within Social Security Administration (SSA).

Backtracking and identifying the root causes of these errors have led CAST to create this practice alert to help guide social and legal service providers understand & navigate this problem while SSA works to correct their errors.
