Canvas Transition of On Demand Courses

We would like to inform you about an important update regarding the access to your registered courses. In order to enhance your learning experience and provide a centralized platform, we have transitioned all course materials and class content to our new Learning Management System, Canvas.

To enhance your learning experience and provide a centralized platform, we will be transitioning all course materials and class content to Canvas. Effective January 29, 2024, you will no longer be able to access the course materials and videos through YouTube or the Box drive. If you have already enrolled in the course, you will receive a course invitation.

How to Access Your Course

  • If you have previously accessed a course on Canvas:
    • You can use your existing login credentials to access your course(s) on Canvas.
    • Simply click on the Course Invitation email(s) received from [email protected] and follow the instructions to join the respective course(s).
  • If you have not accessed a course on Canvas before:
    • Open the Course Invitation email(s) you received from [email protected] for each course.
    • Click on the provided link(s) within the email to directly access the course(s) on Canvas.
    • You should not need a separate "Join Code" if you follow the link(s) directly from the email.

For Legal Courses: Please note that if you require an updated  CA MCLE (Minimum Continuing Legal Education) certificate, you will need to retake the quiz associated with the course and achieve a passing score. Once you have successfully completed the quiz, you will gain access to the updated MCLE certificate. Instructions on how to access the quiz will be provided within the Canvas course.

For Social Services Courses: These courses now offer a Certificate of Completion for those who require it. To access the Certificate of Completion, you will need to take the quiz associated with tthecourse and achieve a passing score. Regardless of whether you have previously viewed the video, obtaining a certificate requires successful completion of the quiz on the new Canvas Platform. Once you have accomplished this, you will be granted access to your Certificate of Completion as well as to our Box template folder. Detailed instructions on accessing the quiz will be provided within the Canvas course

Regarding password reset:

  • Please do not use the "Forgot Password" button within Canvas.
  • Instead, email us at [email protected] with your full name and the course(s) you are enrolled in. Our support team will assist you in resetting your password promptly.
  • Please refrain from requesting a password reset until you have completed the registration process with Canvas. Completing the registration process is necessary to create your own Canvas password.

We have prepared video tutorials to guide you through the enrollment process. You can find these tutorials here:

These videos will provide step-by-step instructions to help you navigate Canvas and ensure a smooth transition.

Box Drive Template Folders
(Separate from the Course Materials that were stored in Box):

  • Your access to the Box Drive will continue as long as you have the password.
  • In the event that you lose the Box password, you will need to retake the respective e-learning course to regain access.
